Testing testing testing ----- Testen testen testen

I first had to test all brushes and slowly feel how different brushes with more or less color and water feel and what the result on the canvas looks like.

This was my 2nd painting.

By chance, this pattern opened up for me and I wanted to develop it further. I thought there was something missing the whole time, but I was scared to continue and mess it up! Meanwhile, it decorates another home and I am very happy about it!

Of course, I wish for myself that the paintings do not only meet my own requirements (my demands are somewhere in the sky, and higher above) but that others also like them. Both very difficult to achieve! And here lies the real challenge!

Not as intended to paint "beautiful" pictures, but to engage in the adventure, to let go, free from fear, to let flow and just let the hands do! The result is (and can not) always be presentable and sellable! ... But you must not let that get you down and just keep going!

The best example is the picture below.

It was just a try on paper (because you can not screw up so many canvas, they are pretty expensive!) And it was planned quite differently in my head and in my mind they look quite different (much nicer !) but well .. that's it!

I then had the idea to transfer it to canvas but then I rejected the idea and  keep practicing.

Ich musste erstmal alle Pinsel testen und langsam erfühlen wie sich verschiedene Pinsel mit mehr oder weniger Farbe und Wasser anfühlen und wie das Ergebnis auf der Leinwand aussieht.

Natürlich wünsche ich mir, dass die Bilder nicht nur meinen eigenen Ansprüchen genügen (meine Ansprüche befinden sich irgendwo im Himmel, und noch etwas darüber) aber dass auch andere sie schön finden. Beides sehr schwer zu erreichen! Und hierbei liegt die eigentliche Herausforderung!

Nicht wie gedacht, "schöne" Bilder zu malen, sondern sich auf das Abenteuer einzulassen, angstfrei, fließen zu lassen und einfach die Hände machen zu lassen! Das Ergebnis ist (und kann) nicht immer vorzeigbar und verkaufbar sein! ... Aber man darf sich davon nicht unterkriegen lassen und muss einfach immer weiter machen!

Wie im richtigen Leben.. manchmal  klappt alles und mal klappt gar nichts!

Es war erstmal nur ein Versuch auf Papier (denn so viele Leinwände kann man dann doch nicht versauen, die sind ganz schön teuer!) und es war in meinem Kopf ganz anders geplant und vor meinem inneren Auge sollte es auch ganz anders aussehen (viel schöner !) aber nun gut.. das ist es geworden! 

Ich habe dann die Idee, es auf die Leinwand zu übertragen doch verworfen und teste und probiere einfach weiter aus.
